Roadworthy Certificate Inspection in Melbourne - License Vehicle Testing Station 

If you want to sell a vehicle, re-register the used vehicle or when you need to clear a police vehicle defect, you will require a certificate of roadworthiness (RWC). The roadworthy inspection must be carried out by a licensed vehicle tester.
